Welcome to the Firearm Web Ring. This Web Ring was created to link similar sites together for a more convenient and easier way to find information regarding firearms, shooting, reloading, and hunting related web sites. There are many Web Rings on the internet today. The Firearm Web Ring's objective is not to take members away from other rings, but simply put, we want to build a strong ring of sites that offer more than just pretty pictures. The more people involved in this ring the stronger it will become. If you have a firearm related web site that you feel could contribute to this ring and want to join use this site submission link or use the form below . As with any good business, organization and club there needs to be rules and guidelines. Although there are very few, they still need to be adhered to. Please read over the Firearm Web Rings Rules & Guidelines. Upon submittal of your site, an email confirmation will be sent to you and the ringmaster. This email will contain your site information and the HTML fragment you need to copy, paste, and edit before uploading it to your server. In some email clients, such as AOL, the fragment looks all messed up. To make things easier use this link to get the new HTML fragment. You can also download the HTML fragment.zip which contains the HTML fragment in a text file to keep on your hard drive. Once your site has been submitted it resides in the web ring queue. There it will be reviewed for content and proper placement of the HTML fragment. If your site is approved, you will get a confirmation letter stating that your site has been accepted into the Firearm Web Ring. If by chance, your site is not approved, you will get an email explaining the reason(s) why it was denied. As a routine maintenance procedure, The Firearm Web Ring will visit each members site randomly. This is done for several reasons:
1. Check to see that all the sites are active (no dead links).
2. Check the content of each web site to ensure it still falls within the Firearm Web Ring Rules & Guidelines.
3. Check to see that the HTML fragment is correct, and that it is still on your home page.Any questions, comments or criticism (constructive or otherwise) regarding the Firearm Web Ring should be directed to .
